You can purchase this book. That's what we've done. I do not know if the UK is Costco or not, but when we bought, and it was so expensive.

You can buy very cheap in many places like Avon, Argos, etc. You can even, where 2 types of chocolate into a friend a lap ever pleaded for my birthday party, everyone loves chocolate fountain!

Here in America can buy a small one for $ 30-40 USD and it is cheaper than renting.

You should definitely rent a glance at my place. It is much cheaper. Places like Costco, Linens'n'Things, Home Outfitters, etc., all sold.
