Can be called a 2.5W USB connection, so I'm not sure it is enough to cool slightly.
The other answer is correct. Power from a USB port is very limited. If sufficient demand for the refrigerator is not able to power another device, comprising the power supply from your computer and could cause damage control. I do not recommend this to you.
